My rep has been working on this for almost 2 months. We might be close but the did ask me for our customer number or contract data. I've never had one of those with Extended Systems.
I would like to directly compare notes with you, as well as see where you are with alternatives if we are put in a position where we need to tell all our customers it time to change product lines.
