ARC is written in Delphi - a couple of years back, Borland provided Kylix so you have been able to compile for Linux. Since there's currently no Delphi for Linux this is not possible any more. ARC was never ported to FreePascal/Lazarus which might have such an option. But source code is provided - so you can port it and give it back to the community
