Has anyone successfully used a 3rd party real-time replication such as Arcserve or Double-Take? We aren't using a data dictionary so can't use the ADS replication. Plus, there are other things besides the Advantage tables that we need replicated to the DR site. Problem is the 3rd party stuff takes our worker threads from single digits with the occasional spike to mid-high double digits and everything becomes very slow. Stop the replication and everything goes back to normal almost instantly. Having a hard time pinpointing the reason as all the hardware seems to be running fine without any bottlenecks.
