- Ensure that aicu32.dll and icudt40l.dat are located in the same directory as ads.exe. If both files are present, proceed to step 2.
- Restart the server and/or client.
Run the query. The .dll is loaded when it is required and retained afterwards.
If the problem should still exist, use a file- or process monitor and check, what is happening on the Terminal Server and why the files are not loading.
Maybe it's a permission issue or the virus scanner etc.. block the files to load.
